No cost comparison is possible here. The dataset carries no daily budget for either city, so nothing on this page tells you which trip is the more expensive, and the value ranking rests on a different measure entirely. Boston's beach advantage, 68 against 9, is also about access rather than swimming: neither city has a month with the sea at 21°C or more.

The sunshine figure is missing for Quebec City, because no nearby station records it, so that side of the weather comparison is unmeasured rather than poor; its monthly picture rests on temperature and rainfall alone.
