Where they differ

What the numbers don't tell you
The daily budget figures of €131 and €160 are national estimates covering restaurant and hotel price levels, not measurements of either city. Capitals and heavily visited towns can sit well away from their own country's average, by more than the gap between the two figures, so neither city is shown to cost more than the other.
