Where they differ
Rome puts far more within walking distance: many times as many notable places as Turin, roughly three times as many visitor attractions, and twice the central park space. It has 4 theme parks within reach where Turin has none, 19% of the land around it protected against 6%, and sea at 21°C or more for five months of the year.
Turin keeps its museums tightly grouped around the centre, so a museum day involves less walking, and its restaurants cover a much wider range of kitchens.
Where they are alike

What the numbers don't tell you
The value comparison between these two carries no information. That figure is a national price level, identical for both by construction, so it says nothing about which city costs less on the ground. The €155 daily budget beside it is one national estimate rather than a measurement of either place, and your own bill will turn on season and neighbourhood.
The sunshine record is missing for Turin: no nearby station reports it, so that side of the weather comparison is simply unmeasured, not weak. Turin's monthly picture rests on temperature and rainfall alone, and its best months coincide with Rome's warmest and busiest.

Turin is at its best from June to August, with highs of 26-29°C and July the driest of the three at 57mm. May and September are warm enough but wet, at 102mm and 116mm; winter highs of 7-9°C make short days feel cold.
