Where they differ
Bled is the greener of the two: about twice as much park space near the centre, a marginally larger share of protected land around it, three UNESCO-listed places within day-trip reach against two, and roughly three times as many museums. It also has a theme park within reach, which Interlaken lacks. Slovenia's national daily estimate is €131 against Switzerland's €248.
Interlaken has about three times as many restaurants near the centre and a wider range of kitchens, and about twice as many tourist attractions close in.
Where they are alike
Sights concentration is where they line up most exactly: each puts a similar number of notable places within walking distance of the centre, so either works as a compact base you can cover on foot.
Both are cold in midwinter and mild rather than hot in summer, and neither has a month of sea at 21°C or more. Nightlife is limited in both, mostly bars near the centre, though Interlaken has more clubs.

What the numbers don't tell you
The daily budget figures are national, one for Slovenia and one for Switzerland, and describe restaurant and hotel price levels across each country rather than these two towns. Small, heavily visited resort towns can sit a long way from their national average, in either direction, so treat €131 and €248 as country context, not a quote for your trip.
No nearby station records sunshine hours for Interlaken, so that figure is missing rather than low, and the weather side of the comparison is only partly measured there. Bled's warmest months are also its wettest, at 139mm in August, so a strong summer month can still mean afternoons indoors.
When should you go?

Bled is warmest in July, at 27°C, but midsummer is also its wettest stretch, peaking at 139mm, so plan around afternoon rain. May is the drier compromise, 86mm with highs already at 21°C, and early spring is milder here than in Interlaken.
Interlaken's summer runs cooler, up to 24°C, but noticeably drier, near 60mm at the peak, which makes long days outdoors more dependable. September holds 18°C on 38mm, so the usable season stretches further into autumn than Bled's does.
