Sunshine hours are missing for Dubai, not low, so that side of the weather comparison is simply unmeasured. And Dubai's beach advantage is seasonal in practice: the warmest sea, at 33°C, arrives in the same months as 42°C afternoons, when time spent outdoors is limited.

Marrakech has the longer usable season, strongest in spring and October, with highs of 26-30°C and rain falling to 9mm by May. Winter stays mild at 19-21°C but is the wettest stretch, at up to 36mm.
