Where they differ
Frankfurt is the denser city to walk: about three times as many notable places within walking distance of the centre, more museums, and more UNESCO-listed places within day-trip reach. Near the centre there are roughly twice as many restaurants, bars and clubs, plus far more park space inside the city itself.
Nuremberg's strengths sit further out. 42% of the land around it is protected against Frankfurt's 28%, and it has somewhat more tourist attractions near the centre. It is also the drier of the two, with four months at 40mm of rain or less.
Where they are alike
Neither is a swimming destination. Nuremberg has 6 beaches nearby and Frankfurt 4, all inland bathing, and neither gets a month of sea at 21°C or more.

What the numbers don't tell you
The value figure is a national price level, identical for both by construction, and the €163 daily budget beside it is one country-wide estimate rather than a measurement of either city. Nothing in that comparison tells you which of the two costs less to visit; that comes down to your choice of hotel and season.
The beach counts refer to inland bathing rather than coastline, and neither city has a month of sea at 21°C or more, so swimming is a warm-day extra, not a reason to book. Note too that the months rated best in both are also among the wettest, so summer plans should allow for rain.

Nuremberg peaks a little later, in August at 25°C, and its real advantage is the shoulder season: February to April stay at 33-39mm against Frankfurt's 38-44mm, so spring walking is drier. Winter suits neither, with January highs of 4-5°C and grey, damp conditions in both.
