Where they differ

Nuremberg is the fuller city. The daily budget figures, €248 and €163, are national price levels for restaurants and hotels, not measurements of either city. A small resort town and a large city can each sit a long way from their own country's average, so treat the gap as background rather than as what your week will cost.
