Where they differ

Where they are alike

What the numbers don't tell you
The daily budget figures, €160 for Austria and €155 for Italy, are national price levels, not measurements of Innsbruck or Milan. A large, heavily visited city can sit well above its own national average, and a small one well below, by more than the gap between the two countries. Treat them as background only.
