Where they differ
Naples is the coastal option: 29 beaches nearby against Turin's 1, and five months when the sea sits at 21°C or above. Its centre is dense, with about three times as many notable places within walking distance as Turin's, so much of a visit is done on foot.
Turin answers at the table, with a much wider range of kitchens for a similar number of restaurants near the centre, and with more to occupy children: roughly three times as many attractions near the centre, and twice the park space.
Where they are alike
Nightlife is where they match most closely. Each has about the same number of drinking places, with Turin holding somewhat more clubs; the difference is layout, as Naples keeps its venues near the centre while Turin spreads about half of its further out.

Eaters and night owls should pick Turin for the wider range of kitchens, accepting some travel between neighbourhoods after dark; Naples puts eating and drinking inside one walkable core instead.
What the numbers don't tell you
The value figure is a national price level, identical for both cities by construction, so the comparison between them carries no information about cost, and the €155 a day beside it is one national estimate rather than a measurement of either city.
No weather station near Turin records sunshine hours, so that figure is missing rather than low, and its monthly ratings rest on temperature and rainfall alone, leaving that side of the weather comparison unmeasured. Naples's beach advantage is also confined to the five warm months; outside them the coast adds little and the rain arrives.
