Where they are alike
Neither is a swimming destination. Both are inland, with only a beach or two within reach and no month when the sea reaches 21°C, so time here is spent in streets and squares rather than by the water.

What the numbers don't tell you
The value comparison between these two carries no information: the figure is a national price level, identical for both by construction, and the €122 a day beside it is one national estimate rather than a measurement of either city. Treat costs as an open question and price your own trip.
The two also look alike on year-round weather, but for opposite reasons: Seville buys its warmth with wet autumn months, Toledo stays dry and colder. And the strongest months in both are spring and early autumn, so the headline warmth is not the summer, when highs reach 35-36°C and shade matters more than any list of sights.

Toledo holds later into the year: September is dry at 21mm with highs near 29°C, and June works too before high summer. Its winters are colder but stay dry, so a January visit is cold rather than wet.
