The value comparison here carries no information: the figure behind it is a national price level, identical for both by construction, and the €155 a day beside it is one national estimate rather than a measurement of either city. Nothing in this data says which of the two is cheaper.
Sunshine hours are missing for Turin, as no nearby station records them, so that side of the weather comparison is unmeasured rather than poor. Venice's beaches and its walkable centre also point at the same months: the warm sea of June to August is also its busiest stretch.

Turin is at its best from June to September. July brings highs of 29°C with 57mm of rain, the driest of its summer. September still reaches 24°C but turns wet, and October and November bring 113-127mm, so go before autumn sets in.
Venice suits May to July, when highs run 24-30°C and the sea warms enough to swim by the end of that stretch. Its winter is drier than Turin's, at 36-38mm early in the year, if a cool and quiet visit appeals.
